Erasmus+ is the EU educational programme for the period 2014–2020 that supports cooperation and mobility in all spheres of education, training, sport, youth, and non-formal education. MUCO has been involved in the Erasmus programme since 2010. The university was awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) for the period 2014–2021. Through this charter, the European Commission entitles a higher education institution to participate in the Erasmus+ programme. In order to be awarded the ECHE, the Erasmus Policy Statement (EPS) must be authorised.

C. After we receive all the documents listed above, we send you an email with the Letter of Acceptance and MUCO information sheet. We will send you a link to the Facebook page and make a reservation at the dormitories.
Erasmus students usually stay at the local dormitories located in the immediate vicinity of MUCO, Generál Svoboda Dormitory, the address: Šmeralova 1122/12, Olomouc 771 11.
The average student price per night is 92 CZK, the monthly fee is around 2000 CKZ (approximately 80 EUR).
The dormitories are arranged by the MUCO Department of International Relations so we kindly ask you not to contact the Accommodation Office at the dormitories yourself.
If you wish to find a flat or another place to stay, you are free to do so.

Both the sending institution and the receiving institution must be higher education institutions that hold the ECHE (see the list of partner universities abroad).
A study period abroad may include a traineeship period as well but the total time abroad may not exceed 12 months within one cycle of study.
A study period abroad can last from a minimum of 3 months or 1 academic trimester to a maximum of 12 months within one cycle of study.
