PhDr. Dana Bernardová, Ph.D. (1967) completed her studies at the Faculty of Arts of Palacky University in Olomouc, majoring in adult education. Her doctoral studies focused on Andragogy.
She has worked at Moravian Business College Olomouc at the Department of Social Sciences and Law, where she has focused on fields such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources Management and Interpersonal Communication.
She is in charge of development and scientific projects dealing with the application of the tools of CSR into practice. When she teaches students, she leads active workshops in communication and managerial skills as well as application of the principles of social responsibility in small and medium-sized businesses in the region by means of students’ projects. She is the author of scientific papers focused on the tools of social responsibility development in organizations. In addition to having a scientific career, she is also a long-term consultant, advisor and trainer in the area of HR management, communication, management techniques and personal growth in organizations. She is a certificated advisor and trainer for the The British Employmend Service UK, Lancashire Enterprises UK, LD ASSOCIATES UK, Lifo Orientation organization UK, the Association for Trainers and Management Consultants in the Czech Republic, MASS in the Czech Republic, and Unicorn in the Czech Republic.
