Jiří Martinů specializes in artificial intelligence, image recognition (mainly ultrasound imaging in medicine), knowledge systems, neuron nets, fuzzy models, operational systems and programming of web, desktop and mobile applications and applications for the FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and ARM platforms. He has also focused on these areas in terms of projects such as Forex, IT4 Innovations and Education for Competitiveness (OPVK). As an author or co-author, he has published papers, the most important of which are „The Broker Simulation Model in the Emission Allowances Trading Area“ published in the International Journal of Energy Economics and Policy, „An algorithm to echogenicity level identification on medical B-images and its applicability on FPGA platform“ (ACM Press) and „The detection of atherosclerotic plaques in B-Images in comparison with hostological patterns“ (Grand Journal).
